We’ve all had a potato in a soggy brown skin, but what many of us treasure is the joy of eating a crispy, seasoned potato skin along with our flaky soft potato inside!
Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Next, wash the potatoes well under warm water, dry, then coat the outside in a layer of olive oil.
Next, cover the potatoes in coarse salt, and wrap each one individually in a foil blanket, being careful to leave an opening on top.
Now, carefully create 3-4 angled slits on the top of each potato.
Finally, place into the oven at 400 degrees for one hour.
