You will need:
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 package cream cheese (8oz)
3/4 Cup of granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 pint of whipping cream
1 can cherry pie filling
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, and granulated sugar, and mix with a mixer on medium speed until the cream cheese and sugar run smooth.
Next add in your 1/2 pint of liquid whipping cream to the bowl, and the vanilla extract, and mix in incremental speeds until your mixture thickens and stiff peaks form.
Place this whipped mixture right into your graham cracker pie crust.
Top with cherry pie filling, and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set up before serving.
When you’re short on time, this dessert will “wow” them every time!
