Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream – It’s so much better than you can imagine!

Sometimes I look at homemade ice cream hacks and I just don’t feel excited. This is not one of those quick ice cream hacks. This is how to prepare┬ádelicious, creamy, old-fashioned ice cream, that mixes together in 10 minutes, and takes 4+ hours to freeze, but gives you the greatest flavor you’ve ever experienced!

And the best part? It’s customizable. I made a plain chocolate variety, but you could easily add brownie chunks, or cookie bites, or even fruit to this simple recipe, and create your very own flavors!

Here’s what you need to get started for this recipe:

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1 (14 oz) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

That’s it!

Start with your cream and sweetened condensed milk together in a medium mixing bowl.

Next, once the whipped cream reaches a fairly fluffy consistency, go ahead and pause to add in your cocoa powder. You will then continue to mix on low until the chocolate is all mixed in, and stiff peaks form.

Now, simply move your creation over into a bread pan or similar and pop into the freezer for at least 4 hours to set.
